Consider upgrading your plan when your organization's needs have outgrown your current tier:

Merge Limit Reached

You've hit your monthly merge allocation and need additional capacity to continue cleaning your data.

Team Growth

Your team has expanded and you need more user seats to give everyone access to Data Doctor.

Premium Features

You need access to advanced capabilities like Auto-Merge, custom object support, or enhanced reporting.

Trial Conversion

Your trial period is ending and you're ready to transition to a paid subscription.

What Happens After Upgrading

Your Upgrade Benefits

Once your upgrade is complete, you'll experience these changes right away:

Prorated Billing You only pay for the remaining time in your billing cycle
Immediate Access New features and increased limits are available right away
Usage Resets Your merge counter resets to reflect your new allocation
No Downtime Your existing filters and configurations remain unchanged

Common Questions

Can I upgrade in the middle of my billing cycle?

Yes. When you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period, and your new rate will apply starting with your next billing cycle.

Will I lose my existing data or configurations?

No. All your filters, settings, and historical data are preserved when you upgrade. Your rules, merge history, and artifacts remain exactly as they were.

Can I downgrade later if needed?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle to ensure you maintain access to features you've already paid for.
